Chris Sterlacci is a native Texan and veteran of the United States Air Force. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2015.
Upon graduation, Chris joined CoVerica Agency Alliance as a Regional Vice President (RVP), focusing primarily on the recruitment of new member agents. After displaying capacity and desire to further strengthen CoVerica’s relationship with other local independent agents, Chris was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) for CAA in 2016.
Between his time in the USAF and SMU’s Cox School of Business, Chris has a unique leadership perspective that allows him to guide our team and our member agents through the strategic application of long and short-term goals that take into account our national and local footprint. During his time in the service, he learned the importance of integrity, service before self and excellence in all he can do – for himself and for others. These core values, along with the application of CAA’s mission statement, helps Chris serve others authentically. His “why” is derived from helping other entrepreneurs accomplish their goals through agency ownership and acquisition.
Chris lives in Dallas, TX. He is our resident “food expert” and could one day travel the world as a famous food critic if helping others achieve their dreams wasn’t his number one priority. Chris also enjoys classic car restoration and playing with Ace, his fur baby, during his free time.
