Before joining CoVerica, Jessica gained valuable experience at Farmers Insurance, where she served as an Agency Business Consultant and Associate District Manager. In these roles, she worked closely with agents to develop strategic plans, expand teams, and open new locations, gaining a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful agency.
Jessica’s entrepreneurial spirit also comes from her own experience operating a small business, which provided her with firsthand insight into the day-to-day challenges of business ownership. Her time as an elected official on the Leona Valley Town Council further expanded her network, where she led community initiatives, fostered relationships, and drove local growth and development. Her ability to connect people and build strong partnerships has been a key asset throughout her career.
