Since joining the organization in 2018, she has been instrumental in expanding CoVerica’s footprint and influence throughout the independent insurance community. Before stepping into her leadership role, Mindi was a top-producing personal lines agent at AAA Texas, earning multiple awards for customer service and training excellence. Her ability to blend hands-on experience with strategic insight allows her to connect deeply with agency owners and teams, meeting them where they are and helping them grow with intention and integrity.
Prior to her career in insurance, Mindi built a successful foundation in journalism as a television news producer, after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Mindi now calls Prosper, Texas home, where she enjoys life with her husband and two sons. Committed to purposeful leadership and balance, she finds joy in family adventures, spin classes, and exploring new culinary experiences.
