Although Nikki has over 20 years of sales and service experience in various industries, her insurance career started with a Nationwide captive agency. During her four years with Nationwide, she primarily focused on personal lines insurance. Afterwards, Nikki spent a year with State Farm where she continued to grow as a personal lines producer and CSR. During her time at State Farm, she also learned how to sell various financial products including life insurance.
Nikki spent the next six years working for an independent agency as a commercial lines and personal lines hybrid before joining CAA in 2018 as a Commercial Lines Sales Mentor.
Nikki spends most of her day mentoring our members and with her sales background, she brings a unique perspective to the relationship we have with our member agents. Having the opportunity to educate others through mentorship and building strong relationships with others in the industry along the way is what she enjoys most about her contribution to our team. With experience as a sales producer and CSR in the captive and independent agency world she’s able to say “been there, done that and this is what you should do next” with confidence and a helpful hand.
Nikki currently has her CIC and CISR designations.
Nikki has a heart for children with developmental delays and enjoys representing our team as a volunteer and fundraising liaison with The Warren Center, a charity that focuses on assisting and supporting children with developmental differences.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys going on travel adventures with her friends and family. She has three adult children, two beautiful grandkids and four fur-grand-babies.
